Taft attorneys Kim K. Burke and Chase Dressman presented at a "Day at the Ballpark" seminar titled "Mergers and Acquisitions/Real Estate Transactions: Managing Environmental Due Diligence" on June 29 at the Taft Center. The seminar was co-sponsored by Taft and KERAMIDA. Burke's session was titled "Creative Solutions: Keeping the Deal from Cratering," and Dressman's topic was "Stock Purchase/Asset Purchase/Real Estate Purchase Agreements."
