Taft partner Stacia A. Buechler will be a guest speaker at a Sustainability Law class at Indiana University Kelley School of Business on Feb. 2. She will present on benefit corporations and B Corps.

Buecher is a member of the firm’s Social Enterprise, Start-Up and Growth Companies, Mergers and Acquisitions and Technology groups. She advises socially responsible enterprises in all industries on matters including start-up, growth issues, sustainability, raising impact investing capital, commercial contracting and B Corp certification. Buechler represents one of the first benefit corporations in the state of Indiana and also advises non-profit organizations on formation, tax exempt status, board formation and other transactional matters.
