Taft partner Stacia Buechler will co-present at a Startup Study Hall hosted by the Startup Ladies on April 17. She will present along with Josh Driver, CEO and Founder of Selflessly, on the topic of B Corp certification, including what is a B Corp, the benefits and challenges and the process for certifications.

Buechler leads Taft’s Commercial Contracts practice and is also a member of the Social Enterprise, Start-Up and Growth Companies, Mergers and Acquisitions and Technology practices. She advises socially responsible enterprises in all industries on matters that include start-up, growth issues, sustainability, raising impact investing capital, commercial contracting and B Corp certification.
