Taft partners Stacia Buechler and Russell Menyhart will speak at the Startup Investing 101 breakfast event hosted by the StartUp Ladies on Jan. 24. They will present on impact investing and benefit corporations.

Buechler leads Taft’s Commercial Contracts practice and is also a member of the Social Enterprise, Start-Up and Growth Companies, Mergers and Acquisitions and Technology practices. She advises socially responsible enterprises in all industries on matters including start-up, growth issues, sustainability, raising impact investing capital, commercial contracting and B Corp certification.

Menyhart is a member of Taft’s Litigation and Social Enterprise practices. He is actively involved in promoting the growth of purpose-driven companies, social enterprises and impact investing in Indiana and advises social entrepreneurs on how legal structures, such as benefit corporations, can express and promote their values.
