Brown Accepted Into Indiana Leadership Forum Program
Taft attorney J. C. Brown has been accepted into the Indiana Leadership Forum (ILF) program. ILF is a 501(3)(c) non-profit organization dedicated to preparing Indiana's most talented business and community leaders for political leadership and community service throughout the state.
Brown is a member of the firm's Business and Finance practice group and concentrates his practice on complex business transactions. He represents private equity and venture capital funds and strategic investors in various transactional matters. He also provides routine corporate counseling services to the firm's institutional clients.
