Brey Presents to Moyer Inn of Court
On May 8, Donald C. Brey presented to the Moyer Inn of Court on pending U.S. Supreme Court case Fisher v. Texas regarding the degree to which the Fourteenth Amendment permits state universities to consider race in undergraduate admission decisions. Brey’s presentation was part of a CLE program titled “U.S. Supreme Court Review and Preview.”
Brey is a partner in Taft’s Litigation group. He has advised and represented clients in the areas of litigation and administrative law, ethics, and campaign and election law for more than 30 years.
