Brandvold Accepted Into CALL Class 28
Taft attorney Bryar Brandvold was recently accepted into Class 28 of the Cincinnati Academy of Leadership for Lawyers (CALL). Developed in 1996, CALL is an innovative program that promotes and encourages leadership and professionalism among practicing lawyers in the Greater Cincinnati area. CALL aspires to build a core of practicing attorneys in Greater Cincinnati who will lead the community ethically, professionally and with high regard for community service.
Brandvold regularly counsels public companies on a variety of equity, equity-linked, and debt offerings, and he has substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions transactions involving public and private company targets for public company and private equity sponsored acquirors. His practice also includes matters relating to Securities and Exchange Commission reporting, corporate governance and complex commercial transactions and joint ventures.
