Taft partner, Bradley W. Schwer, has been elected to the Indiana University Kelley School of Business Alumni Association’s Board of Directors. He earned his M.B.A. from the school in 1999.

Schwer is a member of Taft’s Business & Finance Practice Group and focuses his practice on complex business and commercial transactions, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, business advisory services and general corporate counseling. He has broad experience with various financing transactions and leveraged private equity transactions where he has represented buyers, sellers and management. Schwer was selected by Law & Politics Magazine as an Indiana Rising Star from 2009-2011.
