Bond Buyer Covers Calvin Hanson’s Retirement and Cory Kalanick’s Transition to General Counsel of CECFA
In a recent article, Bond Buyer covered the retirement of Calvin Hanson, who had served as general counsel for the Colorado Educational and Cultural Facilities Authority (CECFA) since 2006. CECFA is one of Colorado’s largest issuers of tax-exempt bonds and Calvin has advised them on more than 450 bond issuances over the course of the last sixteen years. Sherman & Howard’s Cory Kalanick will be taking over as general counsel and Mark Heller, executive director of CECFA, expects a seamless transition.
