Blocher to Moderate Panel at Regional Government Day
Taft Cincinnati attorney Luke Blocher will moderate a panel discussion on housing policy and specifically housing density during Regional Government Day on Aug. 31 in Cincinnati. The Cincinnati Chamber event brings together local elected officials and policymakers to discuss pressing issues in the region.
Blocher is an attorney in Taft’s Real Estate and Public Finance and Economic Development practice groups. His practice supports all aspect of the development process, including acquisition/disposition, land use/zoning entitlements, financing, and leasing. He also has extensive experience with public finance tools and economic development incentives.
