Bill Wagner has been appointed as the Environmental Subgroup Chair to DRI’s Government Enforcement and Corporate Compliance Committee.
 
The Government Enforcement and Corporate Compliance Committee provides its membership a nationwide forum in a rapidly expanding area of practice. Federal and state authorities have embarked on wide-ranging investigation and prosecution of the financial, accounting, healthcare, and other industries. The increased emphasis on white collar crime prosecutions, coupled with the fact that many companies are facing prosecution for what, in the past, would have been regulatory violations, led DRI to form the Government Enforcement and Corporate Compliance. This Committee offers a ground-floor opportunity for education, networking and communication among attorneys, both inside and outside counsel.
