Berliner will be recognized as one of the 18 individuals in Northeast Ohio who embody “tikkun olam” – striving to repair the world, leading by example and encouraging others to do the same – at a recognition dinner gala on Nov. 18 at Landerhaven.

Berliner represents public, private and start-up companies in a number of transactions and industries. He is a member of the Corporate Securities, Public Offerings, and Mergers and Acquisitions practice groups at Taft.
