Taft partner Gregory W. Bee presented at the ASCRS/ASOA Joint Symposium and Congress in New Orleans on May 7. His presentation was titled “Fair Market Value and Commercial Reasonableness of LASIK/PRK Patient Co-management.”

Bee concentrates his practice on a range of corporate issues, particularly as they relate to physicians and health care entities. He has advised clients on business start-up and financing, contract negotiation, employment matters, hospital and physician joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions (health care and non-), food and drug law matters, hospital medical staff issues, state professional and facility licensing issues, and various other health care regulatory matters, including HIPAA, Stark and Anti-Kickback issues.
