Bautista Named 2020 Fellow of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity

Philip R. Bautista has been named a 2020 Fellow of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (“LCLD”). The LCLD Fellows Program is an ambitious, highly structured training program designed to build relationships and leadership skills. The first in-person meeting for the new Fellows will take place Feb. 21-23 at the InterContinental Miami.

Bautista will embark on a learning program that includes:

  • In-person meetings with guest speakers structured around key competencies in professional branding, relationship building and transformation leadership.
  • Engaging in learning experiences and interactive relationship-building opportunities.
  • Collaborating with accountability partners via monthly calls to re-visit concepts taught at meetings.
  • Participating in the alumni network and annual retreat.

Bautista is a trial lawyer with a background in science. He has litigated numerous cases throughout the United States involving trademarks, patents, copyrights and trade secrets. Bautista also has extensive experience in litigation involving technology and trade secrets matters, as well as product liability, engineering and construction matters.
