Bautista, Colom, Pierce Tucker, and Thompson Named to Lawyers of Color 2022 "Law Firm Leaders" List
Taft partners Phil Bautista, Kiamesha-Sylvia Colom, Janica Pierce Tucker, and Adrian Thompson have been named to Lawyers of Color’s inaugural Law Firm Leaders List. The List includes minority law firm leaders who are either managing partners, executive committee members, or practice group heads.

Bautista is a partner in Taft’s Intellectual Property and Litigation Practice groups and is member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Colom focuses her practice on real estate transactions, and is a member of the firm’s Inclusion and Opportunity and Gender Advancement Committees. Pierce Tucker serves as partner-in-charge of the Columbus office, co-chair of the firm’s Inclusion and Opportunity Committee, and as a member of the Executive Committee. Thompson serves as co-partner-in-charge of Taft’s Cleveland office, co-chair of the firm’s Inclusion and Opportunity Committee, a member of the Executive Committee, and as the firm’s Chief Inclusion and Opportunity Officer.
