Baumhart is a member of Taft’s Intellectual Property practice group. She has vast experience prosecuting trademark and copyright applications, drafting intellectual property agreements, enforcing clients’ rights, including online enforcement, and litigation before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Wilcox focuses her practice on intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, licensing, and litigation. She manages and enforces international trademark portfolios for major brands, including international clearance searches, legal opinions relating to trademark use and registrability, procurement of trademark registration worldwide, design and implementation of worldwide trademark watches and enforcement strategies.
