Taft attorneys Elizabeth Baumhart and Amanda Wilcox authored the article, “What To Know Before New Trademark Final Rules Take Effect,” published by Law360. The article provides further explanation and analysis of the final rules implementing the Trademark Modernization Act that takes effect on Dec. 18, enacting the most significant changes in federal trademark law in recent years.

Baumhart is a member of Taft’s Intellectual Property practice group. She has vast experience prosecuting trademark and copyright applications, drafting intellectual property agreements, enforcing clients’ rights, including online enforcement, and litigation before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.

Wilcox focuses her practice on intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, licensing, and litigation.
