On Nov. 8, Taft attorney Leon D. Bass presented at a Columbus Bar Association CLE event titled “An Entertaining CLE: Key legal issues for Arts & Entertainment industry clients including, authors, bars and music venues, and film and music producers, artists, actors and performers.” Bass spoke on copyright, trademark, right of publicity and entertainment law issues. He will also speak on Dec. 13 at a CLE on the Unauthorized Practice of Law at the U.S. Virgin Islands Bar Association annual meeting.
