Taft partner Thomas A. Barnard has been selected to lead the Indianapolis Bar Association in 2019. Before assuming this role, he will serve as the association’s first vice president on the 2017 board of directors and as president-elect in 2018.

Barnard is a partner in the firm's Litigation group and has substantial personal experience in complex litigation, particularly involving environmental, insurance coverage, takings and securities issues. He currently serves as treasurer for the Indianapolis Bar Association's Board of Directors.
