Barbara Duncombe, a partner in Taft’s Government Contracts Practice Group, was quoted in a Dayton Daily News article titled “Defense firms in dark as crisis looms.” The article discusses the uncertainty of planned cuts to the defense budget, originally scheduled to take effect January 1.

Duncombe noted the confusion this causes for defense firms, especially if the cuts do go into effect, necessitating mass lay-offs.
