Taft partner Stephen Auten is co-chair of the American Conference Institute’s 2nd Annual Legal and Regulatory Summit on Generic Drugs, which will take place July 23-25 in New York City. Auten will give opening remarks each day and will be a co-presenter for a session titled “Developing Settlement and Negotiation Methods Post-Actavis to Minimize Chances of Costly Government Enforcement Actions.”
