Blair Harrington has joined the firm as an associate in the Employment, Benefits and Labor section. Her practice is focused on employment litigation and advising.

Blair represents clients in all stages of litigation in state and federal courts, as well as before state and federal agencies on a broad range of employment and business disputes. She routinely represents employers seeking to enforce non-compete agreements and other post-employment restrictive covenants. In addition to her litigation practice, Blair also regularly advises clients on their day-to-day employment needs.

Blair is also actively involved in the Minnesota State Bar Association and currently serves as the Chair of the New Lawyers Section and member of the Council and Assembly.

Before joining the firm, Blair was an associate at Madigan, Dahl & Harlan, P.A., where she gained ample first-chair experience in all facets of commercial litigation.

Blair earned her J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota Law School and her B.A. cum laude from the University of Denver.
