Taft attorney Ryan O. White wrote an article titled “Say ‘I do’ to IP due diligence in business transactions” that was published in the Dec. 17-30 issue of The Indiana Lawyer. The article discusses the importance of a careful due diligence investigation of a company’s intellectual property assets during any business transaction, such as a merger or an acquisition.
