Taft attorneys Julia B. Meister and Brian A. Morris co-authored the article “New Ohio Guardianship Rules,” which was published in the January-February 2016 issue of the Probate Law Journal of Ohio. The article discusses the Ohio Supreme Court’s decision to adopt new Superintendence Rules to govern adult guardianships in Ohio. The new rules impose numerous, significant duties on guardians in Ohio.
