Arnold Named to Midwest Real Estate News 2017 Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame

Kathryn Kovitz Arnold, chair of Taft’s Real Estate and Condominium practices, has been named to the 2017 Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame by Midwest Real Estate News magazine. Arnold was one of only 90 professionals from across the Midwest selected for this honor.

According to Editor Dan Rafter, “[Hall of Fame winners] worked hard. They studied their markets. They have been passionate about providing top customer service to their clients.”

Arnold has played a key role in shaping the landscape of many of Chicago’s most diverse neighborhoods and business communities through her wide-ranging real estate practice. Recently, she has focused her practice on condominium de-conversions, and she has been lead counsel on several large condominium de-conversion projects. Arnold also concentrates her practice on real estate development, commercial and residential condominium development and conversion, mixed-use projects, restaurants, leasing, mixed-use high-rise development, vertical subdivisions and separations, and commercial financing (lender and borrower representation). She serves as a guest speaker for the National Business Institute at Condominium Law seminars and is a guest lecturer at Kellogg School of Management and Illinois Institute of Technology.
