The American Bar Association recognized Taft as a 2023 Free Legal Answers Pro Bono Leader. This annual recognition goes to individuals, law firms, corporate law departments, and other organizations that provided extraordinary pro bono services through the Free Legal Answers platform.

Last year, Taft lawyers answered 178 questions from low-income community members on this pro bono legal advice portal. Summer associates participated in the Free Legal Answers 2023 summer associate challenge. The Free Legal Answers program report highlights the impact these volunteers had last year.
