Taft attorney Jonathan B. Amarilio will present at the Illinois Workers' Compensation Association Brown Bag Lunch Program on Nov.18 in Chicago. Amarilio will speak on the impact of Folta v. Ferro Engineering, a recent Illinois Supreme Court case involving asbestos exposure in the workplace.

Amarilio is an associate in Taft’s Litigation group. He focuses his practice on civil appellate litigation. He has experience representing individuals, small businesses, state and local governments, and a number of Fortune 500 companies before state and federal appellate courts, primarily the Illinois Appellate Court, the Illinois Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
