Taft partner Jonathan Amarilio will present at the Chicago Bar Association’s Trial Superstars on Presenting Your Case: Trial Strategies and Innovations CLE program on June 11 at The Metropolitan Club in Chicago. The program will feature leading trial lawyers, judges, and jury consultants sharing practical strategies for persuading jurors, presenting evidence effectively, and winning high-stakes cases. Amarilio will present a session titled “Trial Tips from an Appellate Lawyer.”

With extensive experience handling complex appeals and high-stakes trial motions, Amarilio brings an appellate lawyer’s perspective to the courtroom. As co-chair of Taft’s Appellate and Critical Motions practice, he works closely with trial teams to identify winning legal theories, preserve critical issues, and avoid common pitfalls that can change the outcome of a case before and after the verdict is returned.
