Amarilio Elected Second Vice-Chair of the Chicago Bar Association’s Young Lawyer Section
Taft attorney Jonathan B. Amarilio has been elected to serve as second vice-chair of the Chicago Bar Association’s Young Lawyer Section (YLS). The YLS consists of approximately 13,000-14,000 young lawyers and offers professional growth opportunities, public service projects and numerous seminars and networking events each year.
Amarilio is an associate in Taft’s Litigation group. He focuses his practice on civil appellate litigation. He has experience representing individuals, small businesses, state and local governments, and a number of Fortune 500 companies before state and federal appellate courts, primarily the Illinois Appellate Court, the Illinois Supreme Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
