Taft welcomes Andrew Agati to the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice in the Cleveland office.

Agati represents clients in a wide variety of industries in complex, high-exposure, and highly sensitive matters across the country. Over the past 15 years, he has developed a practice and a reputation for obtaining insurance recoveries on behalf of corporate policyholders. During this time, Agati has helped to recover approximately $420 million for his clients.

Prior to joining Taft, Agati was a partner at a well-known regional law firm in Cleveland.

He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and his bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, from Allegheny College.
