2024 Western Places | Western Spaces Conference
Sherman & Howard real estate attorney Cyndi Stovall will serve on a panel at the Rocky Mountain Land Use Institute’s 2024 Western Place | Western Spaces Conference. Stovall and her fellow panelists will discuss unlawful restrictions in Colorado land records, amending or removing legally enforceable covenants, preexisting common interest communities, and creating enforceable affordable housing covenants.
The panel discussion “Legal Barriers to Housing Access: Covenants and HOAs” will take place at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law on March 7 from 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. MT.
