Wyatt Kendall participated as a speaker at the 2024 Alabama Brownfields Conference on September 19, along with 11 other industry professionals.

This annual event serves as a course to provide continuing education credit for Professional Engineers, Professional Geologists, and Qualified Credentialed Professionals. Kendall gave a presentation regarding the End of Chevron to EPA’s Regulation of PFAS: Major Federal Policy Developments. He described the rapidly changing federal environmental policy landscape and how it impacts RE transactions brownfield development.
