Will Contests: Direct and Cross in Action

Taft partner Julia B. Meister will present “Will Contests: Direct and Cross in Action” at the Cincinnati Bar Association’s 34th Annual Advanced Estate Planning Institute on March 24 at the Westin Hotel.

Meister is one of four presenters who will provide a dramatized presentation of direct and cross examinations of an expert witness and a drafting attorney in a will contest action, with a discussion of strategy and best-practices to follow.
