Something for Everyone – The Procurement Changes in the National Defense Authorization Act of FY14
President Obama signed the NDAA for FY14 on Dec. 26, 2013, three months into the fiscal year. Like its predecessors, the FY14 NDAA contains a host of procurement-related provisions and reforms — some very important, some not so important unless they impact YOU. Besides the 13 provisions in Title VIII – Acquisition Policy, Acquisition Management and Related Matters, there are additional procurement reforms scattered throughout the law.
