Sigmund J. Beck Advanced Bankruptcy Roundtable

Jeffrey J. Graham, a partner in Taft's Business Restructuring, Bankruptcy and Creditor Rights group, presented three sessions at the Sigmund J. Beck Advanced Bankruptcy Roundtable, held Aug. 16-17 in Michigan City, Ind. His sessions were titled “Interest in Disinterestedness," "Valuation of Insider Claims: You Get What You Pay For" and "Challenging a 353 Sale."
