Richard Ferrell Speaking at Toledo Intellectual Property Law Association

Richard Ferrell, an attorney in Taft's Business Restructuring and Creditor Rights practice, is the featured speaker at the May meeting of the Toledo Intellectual Property Law Association.  Mr. Ferrell, a board-certified attorney in the area of Business Bankruptcy Law, will discuss patent and intellectual property asset acquisitions from distressed businesses.

The meeting will take place at noon at the Toledo Club.
