Dan Saeedi will speak on human resources and labor issues in the restaurant industry during the roundtable discussion “Resources: Human and Natural,” on Oct. 20 in Chicago. The discussion is hosted by the Illinois Restaurant Association and will also feature a speaker on reducing energy costs.
