Taft partner Eugene F. Zelek Jr. will be a featured presenter at the 2017 SEMA Show, Specialty Equipment Market Association in Las Vegas, which will run Oct. 30-Nov. 3.
On Oct. 30, Zelek will present "Real Stopping Power: Using MAP and Resale Price Policies to Control Online and Other Discounting." He will discuss various approaches that can be taken in the United States and Canada to prevent or manage discounting, along with the best-in-class alternatives, developments and trends. Also on Oct. 30, Zelek will moderate "Tales from the Front: A No-Nonsense Panel Discussion on Braking the Resale Price Erosion Cycle." On Nov. 2, Zelek will participate in ask the experts, one-on-one attorney meetings and "Legal & Regulatory: Legal Round Tables for Small Business Protection."
