Taft’s Professional Women’s Resource Group is very pleased to have Christine Timmins Barry, Senior Vice President of Global Operations in the Customer Management (CM) line of business at Convergys Corporation, as our guest speaker for this event.

Ms. Barry is responsible for delivering consistently superior service across CM’s global operations. She is a 16-year veteran of the company.

Prior to her current appointment, Ms. Barry held a number of senior executive positions at Convergys, including senior vice president of worldwide operations for the Human Resources Management line of business, president of media and entertainment, and senior vice president of sales. Before joining Convergys, Ms. Barry held a series of positions for The Gillette Company (now part of Procter & Gamble).
