Practical Strategies to Address New Overtime Rules

A great deal of information has been circulated recently about problems relating to the new wage and hour regulations. There has been much less discussion about how to solve those problems. 

On May 21, President Obama described the recently announced overtime rules as “the single biggest step I can take through executive action to raise wages for the American people." The key question on the minds of many employers is: Where will we find that additional $12 billion dollars to compensate our employees over the next ten years?
