Staudacher focuses her work on business and tax advisory matters, with deep experience in multi-state and federal tax incentives, R&D tax credits, Tax Controversy and Opportunity Zone structuring and accounting methods. She works with a diverse team of CPAs, attorneys, data analysts and financial advisors to assist businesses in uncovering beneficial tax opportunities, minimizing tax liabilities reducing risk and monetizing economic incentives and tax credits. Her practice includes advising CFOs, CEOs, general counsel, VPs of tax, and C-suite executives on tax, capital project financing, and strategic growth projects.
John leads the firm’s Public Infrastructure Industry Group, focusing his government practice on public infrastructure, government procurement, and public-private partnerships. He advises both private companies and public entities on complex legal and regulatory issues at all levels of government.
Oakes is dedicated to advising clients on the technical and strategic implications of complex transactions and tax law, so they can achieve their business objectives in the most efficient manner. She advises clients on tax planning, governance, structuring, and compliance matters with an emphasis on risk management and long-term sustainability.
