Mark Stepaniak Speaking at Pepsi-Cola Bottlers Conference

Partner Mark Stepaniak will be a guest speaker at the annual Human Resources conference and workshop of the Pepsi-Cola Bottlers Association.  Mr. Stepaniak will speak about recent amendments to the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Employee Free Choice Act, electronic job applications, wage hour issues and other labor and employment issues.

The conference takes place on October 23 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
