Union organizing is a hot topic among all employers right now. The National Labor Relations Board is making pro-employee/pro-union changes that apply to all employers. Justin Flamm and Connie Kremer of Taft’s Labor Relations group will discuss the do’s and don’ts for management and HR professionals who want to keep their businesses union-free.
