Harassment complaints, accidents, employee theft allegations, and many other events can trigger the need for an internal investigation. If the investigation is not conducted properly, however, it can make a difficult situation even worse. David Peck and Justin Flamm will discuss ways to organize and execute investigations designed to maximize reliable information – and withstand scrutiny if litigation results.
