Getting It Done: A No-Nonsense Panel Discussion and Workshop on Effectively Dealing with Online and Other Discounting

Taft senior counsel Eugene F. Zelek Jr. will be a featured presenter at the 2018 SEMA Show, Specialty Equipment Market Association in Las Vegas, which will run Oct. 29-Nov. 2.

Zelek will moderate the panel “Getting It Done: A No-Nonsense Panel Discussion and Workshop on Effectively Dealing with Online and Other Discounting.” In this interactive discussion, veterans of resale price erosion battles in the automotive aftermarket will discuss the key issues, what their companies have done and the lessons learned along the way.

Zelek will also participate in the “Ask the Experts” one-on-one attorney meetings session.
