Taft partner Kim R. Walberg will be one of the featured speakers at the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) seminar "Financial Tools for Starting Your Own Business" on Jan. 21 at Taft’s Chicago office. Walberg will speak on “How to Structure Your Business to Reduce Exposure to Taxes and Liabilities.” Other speakers will include Heidi Prom from Mass Mutual, "Inherent Risks in Starting a Business and How to Insure Against Them," and Lori Dann from MoxieLady, "How to Secure A Small Business Loan."
