Environmental Law Update

Taft attorney Chase Dressman will present "Congress Exists! Legislative Updates to the Toxic Substance Control Act" at the Cincinnati Bar Association's Environmental Law Update on Oct. 27. He serves as chair of the CBA’s Environmental Law Committee.

Dressman is a member of the Cincinnati, Ohio and Kentucky Bar Associations and is a member of the Potter Stewart American Inn of Court. He is a graduate of Xavier University, cum laude, with honors, and the University of Kentucky College of Law, cum laude. He is active in the Greater Cincinnati community, including as a member of the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Regional Youth Leadership Steering Committee and as an alumnus of Leadership Northern Kentucky (Class of 2013). He has been recognized in Ohio Super Lawyers – Rising Stars in the field of environmental litigation.
