Bruce Lowe Runs British-American Group of Lawyers Meeting in Los Angeles

Bruce Lowe recently coordinated and moderated a highly-successful session of the British-American Group of Lawyers (BAGOL) at the British-American Business Council’s (BABC) Annual Transatlantic Business Conference in Los Angeles.  The 3 hour session was attended by more than fifty BAGOL members and conference attendees and was headlined by prominent L.A. trial attorney Tom Mesereau, speaking on corporate governance issues.  The program included an impressive presentation by Kevin Kirsch on the implications of the recent U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in MedImmune vs. Genentech.
