Associate 101 Series: Transactional Law Basics for the New Lawyer

Taft attorneys Ronan Johnson and Jeffrey Kirk co-presented at the IndyBar CLE seminar "Associate 101 Series: Transactional Law Basics for the New Lawyer" on May 27.

Johnson is a member of the firm's Business and Finance group. His practice primarily focuses on providing general corporate advice to local companies and representing private equity funds, large multi-national corporations, family-held businesses and individuals in complex transactions involving mergers, acquisitions and recapitalizations.

Kirk is also a member of the firm's Business and Finance group. He focuses his practice on representing high-growth, expansion stage companies, structuring private equity and venture capital finance transactions and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he works with clients on state and local economic development and federal incentives programs and public-private partnerships.
