Several Taft attorneys presented at the ICLEF Annual Bankruptcy Institute on December 13, 2012. 

Jeff Graham was a co-presenter for the session titled "Individual Chapter 11's – Pre-Petition Planning; Budgeting/Cash Collateral; Absolute Priority Rule; Domestic Support Obligations/Property Settlements; Trustee Reporting; Tax Issues."

Paul Deignan and Rich Kempf were among four presenters for the session titled "Single Asset Protection – How to Get Engaged and Paid Using Flat Fee Agreements; Cash Use Issues Encountered By the Single Asset Debtor; Typical Objections to Plan Confirmation, Contested Valuation and Confirmation Hearings; Typical Secured Creditor Objections to Cram Down."
